Arizona challenge: Finding water for the next 100 years

The Hohokam prehistoric native people built the first reclamation project in the area 1200 years ago with 500 linear miles of hand dug canals; but they lived with in their water means. We can't make more water, and now we can't capture or pump more. We must assure that all new development and acceptance of growth must prove at least a 100 year assured supply of water before approval of the new building project.
